The dead lift is my favorite exercise! It not only tones your booty and activates your core and stabilizer muscles, but it is also one of the most important and functional exercises that is applicable to everyday life!
If you've never dead lifted before this is a great dead lift example applied to a real life scenario. I would recommend hiring an experienced weight lifting personal trainer to teach you how to dead lift so that that you can develop a strong, toned, booty!
